Inbound not Working

Hi team,

I am having some issue with the inbound calls, outnound is working fine but having issues in INBOUNG,

I attached the LOG Below Please help me with this..

You shouldnt post any sensitive info here like Ip's and phone numbers. But make sure you have the IP's allowed from the carrier on your firewall.

Sir some sometimes it's working sometimes it's not, I don't understand what's the issue. Could you please help me with this..

Can I share the logs I found call was hit in my VICI but not inbound not working

Turn off your firewall for UDP 10000-25000 for one or two minutes. If the calls don't fail (ever) when the firewall is off, you have opened the firewall for SOME ips, but not all of them. Note that many carriers provide you with their outbound call IPs freely, but will make you hunt down their inbound IPs. Happens a lot, actually. It may even be an IP Range rather than just a few individual IPs. Some have even refused because you might reverse check those IPs and find out who the Real Carrier is if they are reselling.
