Hi,
Currently, we have an agent who schedules multiple callbacks to the same lead, on the same day. Is it possible to limit the provision of callbacks, when the lead already has a callback scheduled?

Create a PHP Page to check and delete all existing callbacks when a new one is created and use that as the End Call URL?
If you're looking to limit the statistics, you'll also need to delete the log entries (or just modify them to a non-paying entry of some sort).
Would be helpful to know the actual goal. In his case: Is he just trying to set "multiple reminders" or is he trying to skew the stats to look better? In your case ... same basic question
