No Agent Call URL not working

Hello ,
It seems No Agent Call URL not working,set up the No Agent Call URL from ingroups,
set the drop call seconds to 3 seconds and hung-up but seems vici is not calling the URL.

Any help would be appreciated.

got the error logs now, it seems certificate issue with the URL, thank you so much Carpenox for guiding me to the exact logs.
I have just replaced the URL domain for a domain for security reasons. You're an expert. Thank you
