You should post the full Installer version (not just "11") and the full Vicidial version with build (not just 2.14b). Good job posting the build, svn and db schema, though.

That being said:
In the Ingroup:

you need a SMS platform you can use with an API, typically I use twilio for my clients and then automation software to trigger it like zapier

I'm not sure which would be better: But with the URLs in the Campaign/Ingroup for start/end/no agent call, any system with an API can be used to send the text. As for getting a response, that might work best if the response is converted to an email by the API system so Vicidial's existing Email queuing system can be used.

they all take some work, but zapier is a good option
