Outbound Caller ID

i have a campaign where my agents call from vicidial screen and place manual calls only, but callerid is showing on called person's no.. i have follow instruction in manager manual but no luck, it shows unknown in place of our defined callerID

How are your agents placing manual calls?

Asterisk CLI output?

astguiclient version?

Hi,
you too should check the issue with your provider.
We had the problem with hiding our outbound caller id until I found out that the provider was sending a default one...

unknown CallerID

Using vicidial 1.1.12-3, i m placing call from vicidial screnn and click on manual dial link then input dial code and blow that phone number. then i cleck on dial now.

That is quite an old version, any reason you have not upgraded to 2.0.4?

could also depend on the circuit I know many providers who provide E&M circuits do not allow you to control your outbound callerID.
