error trying to dial out to binfone

error code.
Phone message plays invalid.
Sip phones connect fine and ring perfectly, but no ringing on outbound.
currently using manual dial.

check how your leads are loaded. it may be unable to dial your leads as you have them in the hopper.

Can you dial directly from the softphone.

vicidial is set to dial 91XXXXXXXXXX so make sure your dial plan in extensions.conf is set for that.

Under further investigation with Binfone's amazing support we found that It was not stripping the 9 from the call before dialing, which was making it not able to connect and instead invalid.
