need help about the vicidial and trixbox

hello my name is usman and i am the new user of vicidial or astguiclient i installed the vicidial on the trixbox but i can not view the page of that . the ip of my server is 192.168.1.52 and i am using the url http://192.1680.1.52/agc/vicidial.php but i saw the error "You don't have permission to access /agc/vicidial.php on this server." plz tell me how can i access that page

There are all sorts of issues with installing VICIDIAL directly on to a Trixbox server. I would recommend trying vicidialNOW first if you want an easy-install of VICIDIAL to test out.

As for working with Trixbox, it is easier to have a separate VICIDIAL machine connect to the Trixbox server through IAX trunks to the agents.

We use Trixbox Pro with Vicidial. Although we have a separate server just for vicidial. As Matt has said, it's better to have it separate rather than installing vicidial on top of trixbox.
