I screwed up. I know the fix is probably pretty simple. I'm just not sure it's simple enough for me.
I loaded a list and mapped the last name in the both the first name and last name fields. So now agents are seeing the last name in both fields on the agent screen.
Normally I would just delete the list and reload it mapped correctly. Probelm is that this was not brought to my attention until after several sales were made, call backs scheduled and 43 DNC requests generated.
Question: How can I fix this naming problem without losing the call status information on the records?
Please keep in mind I'm a little slow.
