im an new to this asterisk and vicidial

after one week studying scratch install and manager manual, im confused of the following.

1. where can we find the phone log in and password for the agent.
2. what is a lead file and how to load it?
3. where should the agent log in their phone log in? in the computer that has a softphone that is connected to my asterisk server?

pls help me with this. thank you.

you need to create them in admin.php screen

you can load leads as said in the scratch_install, either directly to the database or from xl( example file from source directory of vicidial)

where should the agent log in their phone log in? in the computer that has a softphone that is connected to my asterisk server?

you need to login first to asterisk using X-lite softphone or hard phone, then loging http://vicidialipaddress/agc/vicidial.php
