losing mic channel (callee cant hear me)

I am using vicidial 2.0.5 on debian 64bits system

And zoiper softphone iax/sip channels

I am rather often have that issue that i loose the microfone channel when i am logged on to vicidial. (the callee cant hear what i say but i can hear him/her). where should i start looking to solve this error

The problems are both with sip and iax channels

check the softphone mic config and calibration

i had the same problem
