Vicidialer suddenly stop autodialing and leads wont Load????

Hi , first I would like to thank you guys for all the help you guys have given to us on this forum.

1. The vicidial program stop dialing leads in the hopper all of a sudden. It would dial the first 8-100 leads and would all of a sudden just not dial any more. I logged on as remote agent trying to call out 96 lines per agent.

2. I cannot get the list loader to work any more. It keeps on giving me the same leads loaded each time now. No matter what new list I load it keeps on loading one of the previous list.

You most likely have something misconfigured.

How many lists do you have?

Are they all assigned to a campaign and are they all active?

Looks like you have plenty of leads in your hopper, what happens after you dial through those?

What exactly is the problem?

Are you resetting your list too often?

Ok now I deleted all the list..
but I cant load new ones. It wont load the new list. It keeps on loading one of the old list even tho I deleted it. Oh yea I was resetting my list pretty often to test it out .
I didnt think that would affect it

I got dialer to work now but cant get leads to load in them.

You are going to have to be much more specific with what your problem is and go over your setup more than you are or noone will be able to help you.

I have 2 servers running. One is a mysql/php and the other is a asterisk/vicidial server. I have pointed the asterisk/vicidial towards the mysqk/php. At first I was using the super list loader and it loaded the list fine. Soon afterwards, everytime I would load a new list it would always load the same list no matter what the list was. It would always load the first list.

check the directory permissions for your htdocs/vicidial directory as well as the vicidial temp file that it creates. Check that the vicidial temp file it creates is different when you go into the field chooser.
