All installation and configuration problems and questions

not a huge deal breaker or anything but still would be nice to have it all working
running debian lenny
web files in /var/www/apache2-default/vicidial
no png files are created in notice however there are .dat and html files in the ploticus directory
copied all ploticus or pl files into the ploticus directory in /var/www/apache2-default/vicidial/ploticus
thought this to be correct but still no png files
permissions may be...
any help greatly appreciated

Most likely ploticus is not where agc thinks it is. (had the same problem)
Check "AST_server_performance.php", line 289.
By default it is pointing to /usr/local/bin/pl. In my case (CentOS 5) it is /usr/bin/pl.
Hope this helps.
And don't forget to enable the server stat collection...

debian does not have pl
rather /usr/bin/ploticus
so edited as u sugested line 289 and away we go

i am using vicidialnow but stiill the same thing happens. what do you mean by server stat collection? where can i find it. thanks.

Its there in vicidial Admin panel , In system tab then servers , select ur server from list and enable logging for it .

i enable loggin but the same thing happens.
