Auto-dial with no agents but can make disposition

hi there!

First my problem is that i cant get through a call. im using a sip and when i dial the number to call i just have one ring then it says that the line is congested.

second, what are the running program that i need to have my call connected or the whole asterisk running? what will i do to run all the needed programs of asterisk running after i restart my linux box? because everytime i restart it i need to run manually the asterisk.

and lastly, I will be dialing to like 2000 numbers. what will i do to auto dial this numbers and the asterisk detect 1 ring or answering machine and set the disposition with no agents needed. so the machine will automatically detect any answering machine or a ring then separate the number with answering machine from the number that is ringing. is it possible?

You really need to read the SCRATCH_INSTALL... thoroughly..

And purchase the managers manual so you can try some different tutorials to learn the software..
