Survey IVR script issue

Postby jeanvoice21 » Sun Feb 10, 2008 4:28 pm

Hi

I have installed and configured vicidial correctly.

I can dial out manually and using the auto dial correctly.

The only problem i have is when people the survey and it says press 1.

When pressing 1 or 2 , 3 ,8 nothing happens.

It looks like a dtmf issue, and i know that the dtmf is working when calling a bank for example.

i have looked at the " agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi" , but i could not figure out the problem.

Does any body have this problem?

By the way i am using vicidial "VERSION: 2.0.3 "

The dtmf patch was already applied as suggested in the other topics and it did not fixed the problem.

Thanks

Asterisk version?

Any reason you are not using astguiclient 2.0.4?

Could you post some Asterisk CLI output when you try to start the campaign?

Also some output from agiout.2008-02-XX would be helpful.

Ahh... I didn't realize other folks were having the same problem. I must have missed this thread before posting one of my own. jeanvoice21, did you resolve this issue? Everything works perfectly except the agi script doesn't seem to be getting the DTMF response back from the call recipient's phone.

What kind of trunk are you using?

If SIP, what is the dtmfmode?

It's an IAX trunk to the Binfone. Should I be using a SIP trunk instead?

I added 'dtmfmode = rfc2833', 'dtmf = rfc2833' to my iax.conf file, restarted, and got the same result.

Also tried with 'dtmfmode = inband'

Also tried with 'dtmfmode = auto'

Ahh... It was a problem with Binfone. I switched my connection to junction networks and it worked fine.

Too bad I can't get it to work with Binfone.
