caller id sends 9 or a + help

please can someone tell me how to set caller id ,if send 10 digiy umber to uk landline it shows up on ibound phone as 90-------------
and when i send number to mobile itlands as +-------------
How can i change this in vicidial and freepbx
i need to send the correct caller id ie if i dial .
for example 011447777777777 it needs to show up on phone as 0777777777 instead of 907777777777 on landlines or +7777777777
on mobile.

So you want to send the caller their own number with a prefix as callerID? I'm confused by that.
