4 agent teminals using the vicidialnow server as the trunk

I have setup my sip.conf and extensions.conf and all of my users in the admin section of the web interface on the server and when I try to make a phone call from an agent machine I get the following from asterisk cli:

Code: Select all
    -- Executing AGI("SIP/1001-b7a06eb0", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log") in new stack
    -- AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log completed, returning 0
    -- Executing Dial("SIP/1001-b7a06eb0", "SIP/16166900134@SIPtrunk|55|tTo") in new stack
    -- Called 16166900134@SIPtrunk
May 31 10:16:54 WARNING[5377]: channel.c:2781 ast_channel_make_compatible: No path to translate from SIP/SIPtrunk-0986ab90(256) to SIP/1001-b7a06eb0(4)
May 31 10:16:54 WARNING[2648]: chan_sip.c:9894 handle_response_invite: Forbidden - wrong password on authentication for INVITE to '"1001" <sip:1001@192.168.1.2>;tag=as004f2434'
    -- SIP/SIPtrunk-0986ab90 is circuit-busy
  == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
    -- Executing Hangup("SIP/1001-b7a06eb0", "") in new stack
  == Spawn extension (default, 16166900134, 3) exited non-zero on 'SIP/1001-b7a06eb0'
    -- Executing DeadAGI("SIP/1001-b7a06eb0", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG-----21-----CONGESTION----------") in new stack
    -- AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG-----21-----CONGESTION---------- completed, returning 0
  == Parsing '/etc/asterisk/manager.conf': Found
  == Manager 'sendcron' logged on from 127.0.0.1

Why would this be congested? Also why can I not login to my server through x-lite? I am getting a password error even though I have set the password and username in both the phone setup in asterisk and in sip.conf. I even made all the passwords and usernames the same.
