i have a one core duo 4800 Mhz and 2 gigas in RAM
i use this for 20 seats.
some times the the agents have the call but the lead display delay like 3 secounds
how can i know when the server is overloaded and how can i fix that

Lead delay is often caused by database locks. Have you installed mtop?
When this kind of thing starts happening I usually leave mtop up and running to see if there is a pattern of queries that cause backups.
How many leads do you have in your vicidial_list table?

i have like 200,000 leads in the leads table in 10 diferent lists
