Does anyone using Binfone calling to US and Canada from Pakistan or India.

I have a client in Pakistan who is not satisfied with its existing Service Provider, I found a post from Matt suggesting Binfone as they have good voice quality.

But I need a customer feedback from Pakistan or India who are using Binfone to call US and Canada before i can suggest to my client, i.e. how is the voice quality, latency in ms, customer support etc.
