I have a campaign that required TPV, the TPV is working but the DTMF has several problems, first even i press #7120 for example it doesn't recognized, and if recognized, if ask if to input the phone number, e.g. 2021234567 if inputed. the TpV recognized it as 20211122334 etc etc. it duplicates some number and cannot seem to work unlike before
Already patch the DTMF passthru and the meetme with F
Asterisk 1.2.24

Are you using SIP or IAX? If so, what codecs?
You might consider trying Asterisk 1.4.21 to see if DTMF passthru is more stable on that version for you.

I am using SIP with G729 codecs. I added dtmfmode=rfc2833 in zapata.conf and when you dial the TPV directly in the analog phones it works. But when I am using vicidial, with customer on it. It doesn't work all of the time.
I even use ulaw. Still has the same problem. if i am calling the TPV number it works. But whenever I input the customer number, it doesn't work on the vicidial, but works whenever dial directly thru analog phones.

I noticed the problem affects whenever the agent or the phone is in the meetme session. if dialed outside the meetme, it recognized the number rather then inside the meetme conference.

I also experienced that, a quick fix to it is to setup another server to do g729 transcoding and have the vicidial/asterisk box connect to the transcoder via a sip or iax trunk (i used iax trunk in my setup). Works like a charm.
