Please HELP im new to installing vicidial from scratch. i have successfully installed the vicidial following the scratch install using debian etch. My asterisk is running because i can call using my softphone. but when i login in the vicidial agent page and hit the "dial next number" i dont hear the voice recording "You are currently the only person in this conference". Please help.. here is my screen shot of my asterisk.

This is a problem in your extensions.conf. probably a global TRUNK variable is not set.
