Caller ID information not showing number for phone/campaign

I have different caller id information in the sip.conf, phone setup, and campaign setup. The caller id that shows is a different number. Can anyone tell me why a different number would be displayed on the incoming caller id?

Can you post Asterisk CLI of this happening?
