I am not sure exactly which line I changed in the database, but the .sql build table is very buggy.
Some of the things I did was
re run the .sql file and manually ad a phone into the database
The .sql file is just buggy.

As you can see a lot of people installed vicidial just fine using the mysql files. I am curious on how it went buggy.
