Load balancing

Hi Matt,

i have some douths in load balancing ,

right now i have 2 serevrs

in 1st server i have vicidial+database(10.10.10.15)
in 2nd server i have asterisk with 48 agents its working fine (10.10.10.16)

now i need to add one more asterisk server

1st one is vicidial+database(10.10.10.15)

2nd server is asterisk current working one (10.10.10.16)

3rd one is new asterisk server(10.10.10.17)


i follow SCRATCH INSTALLATION file did changes,but when i login into vicidial i am not getting any response with x lite("your on personal conference)message is not gething

i checked vicidial_conference in that storing sip/7211 but not getting


pls give some tips on this

Have you read the LOAD_BALANCE document?

yes i follow LOAD_BALANCE document steps and make changes after that only i face problem

What are the last few entries in the action_full logfile after you try to login?
