Strange Problem Cropping Up In Vicidial

Dear All,

My Dialer dials a call in the Zap trunk . I also see the call as connected through barging in. And the call drops. Only few call reach the agents on connection.
My PHP + MySQL and Asterisk are having same date and time.

Please guide me.
