OUTBOUND CAMPAIGN NO GO?!?

Hello. I have asterisk running with vicidiail 2.0.4-119. I have the the Manager Manual that I purchased.

I am setting up a campaign that is outbound without agents and I am attempting to do this for a church to contact their parishioners.

Following the section F tutorial, I have not been successful.

I have set up the dial plan right out of the manual. It just appears to do nothing. I can get onto the remote agent screen,

I have done the following:

1. Remote agent configured with an inbound group,
2. An external extension that I have set up as per the manual.
3. Server that I am attached to,
4. Remote agents usergroup
5. Campaign is set up with the 8364 in Campaign VDAD exten
etc.

Please if I could get assistance that would be great!
