Transfer to outside line

I need to be able to make an assisted transfer to another callcenter. I tried this:


-call comes in
-Park customer
-transfer-conf
-type number, press dial with customer
-talk to outside agent
-grab parked call
-talk to both for 10 seconds (I read in another post that it was needed)
-press leave 3 way call

in the last step, what happens is that the recording, thats item 1 in the call in your conference get hang up and customer, outside agent and local agent all keep on the conference.

I tried the patch referenced in http://www.eflo.net/VICIDIALmantis/view.php?id=102 to no avail...

Should this work? I think that vicidial should grab another conference and transfer both customer and outside agent, but nothing like that happens...

Some more debuging, thanks to the post referencing the MDchannel 'bug' and it now works...

This was on the vicidial_debug.txt file:

2008-09-05 19:27:05|RDX|FIRST|11736590|test|Cannot find empty conference on 192.168.0.15|

I now know that non-vicidial conferences are for after adding some conferences and making the change in but 102 on mantis, it works just fine....
