NANNANNANNANNANNAN ERROR

Postby ast1 » Mon Sep 29, 2008 9:23 am

Once in a while, I see this error on agent's screen right next to SESSIONID.
The error replaces the date and time.
version: 2.0.4.1rc4

Please advise.

Does this same server have Asterisk/VICIDIAL/MySQL on it?

What is the loadavg on the database server when this happens?

What kind of network switches are you using?

What kind of web browsers are your agents using?

The server has asterisk/vicidial/mysql installed on it. There are only 6-7 agents at this time.
The load average on the server is .40-.50
We are on a gigabit network. All our switches are DELL 5324
Our agents are using Firefox

I would suggest installing mtop if you do not already have it installed and watching it when you have this problem happen.

Also, what are the CPU/RAM/Operating System of your agent stations?

Is the infamous windows firewall running?

Are any anti-virus programs running?

What web browser are these running?

What does the load and processlist look like on these agent workstations?

When this happens, does it happen to only one agent, or all at the same time?
