xfer to specific agent

Hello everybody,

I have read vicidial manuals and i have been working with it for a while. i have an in-bound campaign setup working well, the problem i face this moment consist in xfer a call to another agent in the same in-group, an specific agent.

let's say a call gets in to agent 1001 and the caller asks for John Doe (the agent hi speaks yesterday). John Doe is agent 1002 in the same in-group. how i transfer the call from agent 1001 to agent 1002?

Don't know if i'm missing something in the doc, but i cant find how to do this. is this possible?

This is not a specific feature of VICIDIAL, you can use the transfer option to send the call to a specific extension, and we have had clients set up in-groups for only one agent to be able to do this.
