When we try to make a manual outbound call it says waiting for ring............ and then times out..... We cant make an outbound call what can be the problem?

Asterisk version?
astGUIclient version?
cli concise patch applied before compilation?

I am also facing same problem.
I am in manual dial mode. I logged in as agent and clicked on manual dial other page came there i entered US phone number dialed.
On agent login it shows wait for ring .... message even when it is answered by remote user also. I talked user and remote user hanged up even then also it shows same info.
Please help me in this regard.

Try upgrading to the latest version of VICIDIAL (2.0.4.1rc5). This bug is present in 2.0.4.1rc3. Most probably you're using this version.
