VDauto_dial.pl says one thing and "Time On VDAD" o

Hi,

I have a 4 dialer setup with 1 mysql server and 2 web servers.

This is what the screen output from VDauto_dial.pl script is

Code: Select all
loop counter: |5759237|
TIME DEBUG: -4.00|-4.00|0|   GMT: 16:18

even though it says that it has 26 active calls going, the Time on VDAD shows that the dialer has 4 calls going. This happens around noon almost everyday. The number of calls being dialed even falls below the total number of available agents. All 4 dialers do the same. They are configured with the Load Balance configuration.

any thoughts?

Issue resolved

The scripts are correct. AST_VDauto_dial.pl looks for all calls in the table for that server and the report only looks for calls that are not XFER. So that is why they are different. The problem with the erratic number of calls going out was because of the hopper emptying out too quickly. It was set to 500 and the 4 dialers were dialing 300 calls at any given instant.
