Remote Login not working

Remote Login not working

Hai all,

My remote agent is not working. I created a user(2222) with user level 5, added the user(2222) as a remote agent. I login to vdremote.php but not getting any call in the defined user no. In asterisk console nothing is happening. Also I am not able to find any vdremote.pl (I came across someone mentioning this script in the forum) :?:

I am using astguiclient VERSION: 2.0.4-119 BUILD: 71125-1751
Any help is highly appreciated !

Is the campaign active?

Is this an inbound or outbound campaign?

I would suggest upgrading to 2.0.4.1rc5.

The campaign is active and blended.

Shall there be a vdremote.pl script for the remote log-in? I am not able to find it :cry:
