We have lately noticed a significant deterioration in performance on our auto-dialer campaigns. We have 10 phone lines, and it used to be that 7-8 agents would be in calls most of the time. Now, it is averaging about 3, and even with 3 or 4 agents in calls, it only is placing 1 or 2 calls. So far as I know, no settings have been changed. Max VICIDIAL trunks is 10, campaign is Ratio, Auto Dial level is 1. What should I be looking at for this problem?

POTS lines. I know it isn't ideal. But it was working great for like 6 months.

There are numerous problems with using POTS lines and Asterisk, mostly because of the horrible call progress detection. I would strongly recommend getting either a T1 line or SIP termination over internet.

My server recently went down dirty due to a hardware failure. To fix a problem I asked about in another thread, I did a myisamchk on all the tables, and ended up doing a --recover on quite a few. For whatever reason, that seems to have fixed this problem as well.
