I mean can anybody explain this to me? I mean this has been bothering me for sometime now.

This stat is located at LIST -> MODIFY A LISTS RECORD at the Web Admin.

I mean I see it like this:

So that means it has been reloaded for 59 times?

it's either been reloaded that many times or you have lead recycling enabled for that campaign.
