I have opened this link but I'm not able to understand what could be done from this page.

Hi, this is where you can login to the dialler campaign as an agent and then begin dialling.

You need to be logged into a sip phone with a valid agent login attached to a running campaign. (this is all done through the admin website)

The user login should be the agent login and password with the phone login being that actual login used for conneting the sip phone...

astguiclient.php does not have anything to do with VICIDIAL campaigns, it is strictly a phone utility that adds phone functionality like click to record and conference features.
