PRI bonded t1

If I use PRI bonded t1 lines. Will I incur monthly minute charges? Or just charged for the bandwidth of t1 lines. I'm trying to see how much it would cost monthly to run a dialer capable of predictive dialer of up to 100 phone lines. Thanks in advance!
