Broadcast Campaign Without Live Agents

Hi,

I install Vici Dial and it works fine with auto/manual dial but i don't know how to setup a campaign without live agents.

Can anybody tell me the procedure how to add a campaign and configure it as a broadcast campaign.

You just use Remote Agents and a Survey Campaign.
