can i change same thing in the agent interface :
first thing : can i make script as main panel in the agent interface ,exemple when we open the agent interface we see the lead information as the first thing then with the mouse clik in script buttom we can change to the script windows,so here can i do the inverse ,mean the script will be the first view then if we want the lead information panel we can change it with the mouse clik,it is possible please ?
seconde thing : how can i change color dial text status in agent interface exemple here "A - Answering Machine,N - No Answer..." i want to change text color of it in agent interface ?
please i know i can find help in this forum so please answer me ,thanks for all

Have you read the ViciDial Manager Manual?

Changing the text color of anything in vicidial.php will involve altering the source code.

Please post your configuration (hardware, software, versions, any extra software on the box ...) after reading the Stickies (required reading). Also read the manual (also required reading).

If you read the manual it will describe a setting for what the system can do when the agent receives a call (it can pop up a script among other things). This is why the manual is a requirement before posting.

EFLO.net. Free download for quickie version (but you REALLY should get the paid one, it will pay for itself the first time you don't blow an hour trying to figure something out, it will walk you through it one step at a time).

this is a change in the source not from the manual manager
my wish is how can i change script panel as the first view in the agent interface ,

I believe you are missing the gist of our point. You can accomplish this without code changes.

I also believe you did not answer the question: Did you read the manual?

It is actually a fairly simple task to modify the php script (if you have an experienced php programmer on staff).

But spending the time and money necessary to modify open source software when you could read the manual and quite likely just change some settings seems a little wasteful to me.

sorry for my stupid answer but here i don't think the manual can do the thing ,because i see it some thing come from developper php,and the probleme vicidial.php is very complexe file .not as admin.php
and really i see this solution is more for vicidial and more liked from call center.
