Can`t login to admin screen vicidial/admin.php

Hello Guru`s,

I am using astgui-2.0.5 with asterisk-1.4.21. I have install database and everything properly. When i m loggin to ip:/vicidial/admin.php it is asking me username & pwd. I m giving correct name and pwd which is there in vicidial_users and the user is also having USER level as 9.

What could be the problem. Also /etc/astguiclient.conf is there at it`s location.

I am gettting below mention error in my log of http:



[Fri Jul 31 07:13:10 2009] [error] [client 192.168.1.11] PHP Warning: file_exists() [<a href='function.file-exists'>function.file-exists</a>]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/etc/astguiclient.conf) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs:/tmp) in /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/vicidial/dbconnect.php on line 9

try looking at you astguiclient.conf and see if the files specified there are in the correct path's with the correct permissions.

We're all ready to help, but we have no idea what you have installed or what your problem could be unless someone just happens to have had the exact problem you have.

So: please post your complete setup (hardware, software with versions including vicidial version, other software installed in the box) and please put this into your signature for future use so you don't have to repeat yourself later.

Then read the stickies (required) and the manager's manual (also required) to see if there is any help in there for you.

If you have software installed to "manage" your web sites and this software restricts the accessibility of your hard drive to web sites ... well that could cause a bit of a problem. For your first install, it is best to use Vicibox or VicidialNOW STOCK. Play later after your first system is up and running.
