to stop xlite calling

Hi Matt,

At one client site, we installed and configured vicidialnow-1.2 . for calling here PRI and X-lite softphone has been configured.

Calling is going on fine .
But, Client wants to stop calling by X-LITE directly. Only calling should be by vicidial after login telecaller.
So, we want to stop calling by X-LITE directly. only calling will be by vicidial dialer.
Is it possible?
if possible then please let me know .
