Asterisk dial plan for sending a call in to confrence

I want to send a call ( not from CRM) to confrence and also dial and put other call in to confrence. I would like to do it from phone. and also I am lookig for a dial plan for call transfer.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am asking this to know how the asterisk functionality inside the dialplan.Bcs some time some people feel good handling phones to transfer a call / put people in conf .

There is no way using only a phone to transfer a person out of a conference.

What I want is a dialplan for asterisk.

What I wanted is if I make a manual call and by pressing * in phone I would like to transfer that call in to confrence then call another no manually and transfer that call in to the same confence room

Asterisk cannot do this with meetme conferencing.
