Hi, im using my vicidial 2.0.5 with Asterisk 1.2, VOIP and codec g729.
with 2 servers:
1 Database -----> Apache/Mysql/astguicleint 2.0.5
1 Asterisk
Problem is suddenly during the operation all FTP archive recordings are 0 bytes and also when i access real time on the users stats per agent in the recording part-->try to download the records also got 0 bytes on the file.
But with asterisk---> try to locate the number of the recordings i was able to find it on the /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE.
i got no signed of errors form the asterisk CLI.

Do you see any ERRORs, NOTICEs or WARNINGs in Asterisk CLI output relating to recordings in any way?

hi mflorell sorry for the late reply...
i got this on m database/webserver
on the mysqld logs.
090814 15:14:41 mysqld started
090814 15:14:42 [Warning] No argument was provided to --log-bin, and --log-bin-i ndex was not used; so replication may break when this MySQL server acts as a mas ter and has his hostname changed!! Please use '--log-bin=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld- bin' to avoid this problem.
090814 15:14:42 InnoDB: Started; log sequence number 0 43655
090814 15:14:42 [Note] /usr/libexec/mysqld: ready for connections.
Version: '5.0.45-log' socket: '/tmp/mysql.sock' port: 3306 Source distribution
and on the asterisk CLI i cant see any signed of errors.
our QA dept access the recordings on real time in the users stats of the individual agents--->on a normal situation they can download the recordings, but now i can see the filename and dowload it but got 0 bytes on it. and also as i observe 0 bytes also on the FTP sites on all recordings as of present..
any ideas on this--->how do i crorect.
