Configuration of vicidial with my own program

Hello,

i just wanna know if its possible do make my own program which configures the vicidial system.

for example:
i have an microsoft access and database access to the vicidial mysql db.
now i want to create user by the access frontend or make some changes in the campaign.

is it possible when i only make changes in the database?
what else is to do? perhaps a reload of the campaign?

Yes, it is possible, and many companies do things like this. however, make sure you really understand what you are doing before going live with an application like this. We have fixed many systems where people thought they had it all correct, but they were actually messing things up.

ok i will try it.
if i make a change in the datebase (for example predictive dialing changes) checks the dialer every minute if there are changes?
or i have to reload something?
