Agent Login to Campaign shows "Error"

I have set up a campaign with leads and assigned a user to a group that allows to view ALL campaigns.

When I try to login the agent at for example:

/agc/vicidial.php

The campaign field drop down list is showing "--ERROR".

I'm not sure why this is happening!

Any ideas?

Usually that's an incorrect username/password error
