UBUNTU CLIENT & VOICE QUALITY..

hi i have setup ubuntu desktop for client PC and installed twinkle as SIP softphones, now problem is the voice quality which is below average.. and sometimes client cant hear the agents..Are there enhancement for voice qualty on linux...

try another soft phone, perhaps another sound card (makes a difference)

What kind of headsets are you using?

How do they connect to the computer?

Have you tried KIAX or Zoiper?

Use Twinklephone set up your audio using its audio tuning wizard and use ulaw or alaw codecs only
