My Campaign's Dial Timeout is set to 25 and my dialplan timeout is also set to 25.
exten => _891NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _891NXXNXXXXXX,n,Dial(${TRUNK4}/${EXTEN:2},25,o)
exten => _891NXXNXXXXXX,n,Hangup
The Campaign is set to predictive with a dial method of ratio. How come all the calls that were dialed by the systems reaches to 37+.
Is this a bug or what?
