Xlite Softphone Dialling

After searching through the forum, i have unfortunately not found any topics with regards to the following.

What is needed to be done to stop users/agents from dialing using Xlite and only allowing dialing via the Viciclient?

I have already tried changing the default context to something other than default, with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just change the context in sip.conf for each phone to a non-existent context in the dialplan and they won't be able to dial out through their softphones directly.
