auto-dial campaign without live agents

Postby abacus1 » Mon Oct 19, 2009 11:28 am

Hi,

I know how we can auto-dial campaign without live agents and play a voice message, i have full version of vicidial doc file. but I did not ...

When A cusotmer hear the voicemail, we want to give him an option, if you are interested then press 1, if you are not interested then press 2 or hangup.

Now if they press 1 then we want to get this call to one for our online agent.
how I can do this. ?

Please advise.

How many pages are in your "vicidial doc file"?

What version and build of admin.php are you using?

Looks like you are using an older snapshot version of 2.0.5 and your manual is probably the 2.0.4 version, not the latest.

I would recommend getting the updated manual and upgrading your installation to 2.0.5 release or 2.0.5.1rc1

We are not supporting the version of the code that you are using anymore. As for my being "useless" I'll let others here on the forums help you if they want to from now on.
