asterisk not able to start

Hi

iam following scratch installation
after installing asterisk

and configured all the config files mentioned step by step
when i run

asterisk -vvvvvvvvvvvvgc

iam getting the following error

running on FC5 / Asterisk 1.2.12.1 / Pentium 4 with 1GB RAM
