iax2 notice

New in vicidial.
I have installed a soft phone on a windows platform ,i am able to connect to the phone but when i login in to .../agc/vicidial.php my phone doesn't ring
and
select * from live_channels;
Empty set;
in asterisk cli it appeares
Notice 5574:chan_iax2.c:5782 update_registry Restricting registration for peer 'firefly01' to 60 secundes
please help
