When I set my campaign to manual dial, everything works fine. The agent is placed in a conference, and the system dials out and connects the call to the conference when the "Dial Next Number" is pressed.
However, when I change the campaign to any type of auto dialing mode (ratio, adaptive, etc.), I have issues. The agent is connected into the room at login, but it appears as though it doesn't even attempt to dial the next number in the hopper?
Any ideas?
